JOB DETAILS:
Dina Food Processing is a newly established company, dealing with Food Processing. At present it’s working on wheat flour production with a daily production capacity of 82ton and started erection of another plant with a daily capacity of112ton wheat flour. The company is still started expansion projects on Maize Flour, Pasta and Biscuit lines. The Senior Accountant is responsible to undertake all accounting and finance duties under the supervision of the Finance Manager. .

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, especially IFRS
• Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Prepare financial management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
• Monitor and support taxation requirements
• Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
• Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
